Salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD (base salary) plus annual variable bonus and company equity.

What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales teams to manage client relationships and programmatic ad campaigns pre-sale and post-sale.
- Act as a subject matter expert for clients regarding campaigns on the Clearline platform.
- Educate clients on hirify.global's offering, supply, and products.
- Monitor pipeline and revenue, tracking progress toward team and company goals.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and client KPI understanding.
- Provide campaign reporting, insights, and updates regularly.
- Troubleshoot campaigns and proactively identify roadblocks to successful delivery and performance.
- Conduct in-market meetings and quarterly business reviews with Sales.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising, including RTB/programmatic.
- Proven ability to uphold professional business connections.
- Highly motivated, outcome-focused mindset with accountability and urgency for results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, adept at client interaction.
- Strong analytical/Excel skills, including the ability to identify trends in large data sets.
- Experience with Google Suite, Tableau, and other reporting platforms.
- Understanding of online advertising dynamics, trends, technologies, and campaign planning/buying (Ad servers, SSP, DSP, RTB).
- Aptitude for technical troubleshooting and proactive analysis in the ad tech ecosystem.
