What you will do
- Own reporting and analytics for Renewals and BDR performance (pipeline, funnel conversion, velocity, forecasting).
- Support sales leadership with data for QBRs, pipeline reviews, and business updates.
- Maintain Salesforce data quality across opportunities, leads, and contacts.
- Monitor funnel progression and identify opportunities to improve conversion and velocity.
- Support sales productivity initiatives through reporting, process support, and tooling updates.
- Partner cross-functionally with Rev Ops, Marketing, Finance, and field sales operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, or GTM Operations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into recommendations.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, dashboards, data hygiene).
- Experience supporting BDR and/or Renewals teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with global teams.
