What you will do

• Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections with top-level executives.
• Drive proactive account growth by selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals.
• Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies for hirify.global's most valuable accounts.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process.
• Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in related IT infrastructure roles.
• 5+ years’ experience running account P&L.
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
• Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
• English: Intermediate to advanced required for technical documentation, global communication, and incident reporting.

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree.
• Sales experience in technical solutions.
