Salary: MEX$600,000 – $700,000

What you will do

• Contribute to overall revenue goals through creation of high-potential relationships and optimization of publishers.
• Proactively research and identify new, high-quality partnerships and areas of opportunity based on client needs.
• Manage day-to-day communication with top publishers and optimize opportunities on behalf of clients.
• Create and own recruitment and paid placement strategies that support client programs and KPIs.
• Pitch new, innovative, and data-driven opportunities, demonstrating persuasiveness and intellectual curiosity.

Requirements

• Must reside in Mexico City, Mexico.
• Fluency in Portuguese (preferred) or Spanish is required.
• 4+ years of business development or relevant work experience, including account management and contract negotiations.
• Experience in performance marketing, particularly affiliate marketing, is preferred.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Strong aptitude for identifying digital strategies specific to the Brazilian/Wider LATAM market.
