What you will do
- Lead new revenue generation by acquiring multi-property hotel groups and expanding existing accounts.
- Proactively identify, prospect, and nurture high-value opportunities across the LATAM region.
- Drive consultative selling, solutioning, and commercial negotiations for new business.
- Optimize a portfolio of existing groups to unlock growth across their properties.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop winning growth strategies.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in consultative selling, preferably in technology or hospitality business.
- Track record of closing over $1M in new business.
- In-depth understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry and travel technology landscape.
- Ability to navigate complex buying structures and influence multiple buying identities.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport and trusted relationships with customers.
- Coordination ability to bring together multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Hybrid work based in Mexico.
