Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting potential partners to opportunities in the sales pipeline with an accent on multi-channel outreach to warm and cold leads. Focus on generating appointments for the broader sales team.

What you will do

  • Identify leads/prospects, generate curiosity and interest, qualify, educate and develop new opportunities
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach to warm and cold leads
  • Qualify inbound leads via phone, webform, email, etc.
  • Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the broader sales team
  • Partner with sales counterparts to develop a plan of attack for particular leads
  • Bring ideas to assist in driving sales and success

Requirements

  • Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Inquisitive mind and willingness to learn
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Desire and passion to collaborate, learn and grow
  • 1 year of professional experience preferred (SaaS, retail, customer service, education, etc.)
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico
