What you will do
- Contribute to revenue growth by creating high-potential relationships and optimizing publishers in the German affiliate market.
- Proactively identify new, high-quality partnerships and areas of opportunity based on client needs and industry trends.
- Manage relationships and optimize opportunities with top publishers on behalf of clients, acting as an extension of their business.
- Create and own recruitment and paid placement strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
- Pitch innovative opportunities, demonstrating persuasiveness and a deep understanding of publisher verticals and client needs.
- Manage budgets effectively to drive client growth while maintaining a healthy return on investment.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is required.
- 4+ years of business development or relevant experience (account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
- Experience working in sales or account management with enterprise clients.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing, particularly affiliate marketing.
- Strong aptitude for identifying digital strategies based on publisher business models in the German market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable leading client-facing presentations.
