What you will do

• Grow and optimise existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners.
• Account manage new affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimizations.
• Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Professional working proficiency in English required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, ambitious, and solution-focused.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with affiliate marketing or account management.
• Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Portuguese.
