What you will do

• Generate a pipeline of new potential affiliate partners through outbound business development tactics.
• Convert potential partners into contracted, revenue-driving partners by pitching value propositions and negotiating commercial terms.
• Identify opportunities to optimise and grow existing affiliate partnerships to increase revenue.
• Analyse partner data and performance to inform account management decisions.
• Assess the effectiveness of the referral scheme and create new ideas and plans to optimise its efficacy.
• Report internally on the weekly performance of the affiliate portfolio, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in Affiliate Management, Business Development, Account Management, or Partner Management.
• Experience acquiring new partners and managing existing relationships.
• A basic understanding of affiliate marketing.
• Comfortable analysing data, managing tasks efficiently, and working across multiple projects.
• Able to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
