Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom. This is a UK-based role and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location. Office attendance is required around four days a week.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize PlayStation’s Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads/Search Ads 360 across multiple EMEA markets.
• Build, launch, and evolve best-in-class campaign structures aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Execute ongoing optimizations across keywords, bidding strategy, ad copies, assets, and audiences.
• Monitor performance closely, identifying opportunities, risks, and seasonal trends, ensuring accurate reporting and QA checks.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, supporting communications with performance updates and actionable insights.
• Work collaboratively with Account Directors and cross-regional teams, contributing to team culture and sharing learnings.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a similar role, with agency experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and SA360.
• Comfortable managing budgets, optimization, and performance across various campaign formats and markets.
• Confident in analyzing and manipulating data to create clear recommendations and insights.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
