Location: Based in Munich, Germany, with a flexible hybrid setup (ideally 3 office days per week).

What you will do

• Contribute to the development of concepts and business cases for new B2B marketing initiatives.
• Support the roll-out and execution of new B2B marketing initiatives, including content for paid channels, landing pages, newsletters, and customer events.
• Take part in day-to-day operational marketing activities, such as graphic briefings and asset creation.
• Proactively propose new initiatives and process improvements based on market and performance data.
• Assist with performance tracking, analyses, reports, and presentations.
• Stay updated on market developments and leverage AI-powered tools for content, data analysis, and optimization.

Requirements

• Studies in Business Administration, Management, or a comparable field.
• Very strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management skills.
• Independent, hands-on, and structured working style.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German skills.

Nice to have

• First experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong passion for interior design.
• French language skills.
