TL;DR

Partner Growth Manager (Affiliate Marketing, German Market): Support the growth of the Strategic Territory Growth department with a focus on the German affiliate space, including managing top partners, pitching opportunities, and providing strategic insights to clients. Location: Candidates need to reside in UK or Germany

Salary: Target Salary is £40-50,000 depending on location and experience.

What you will do

  • Contribute to overall revenue goal for the Growth & Partnerships department and the growth of managed clients.
  • Identify new, high-quality partnerships and areas of opportunity based on client needs and industry evolution.
  • Optimize opportunities with top publishers on behalf of the client and develop long-lasting relationships.
  • Create plans for recruitment and paid placement initiatives that support the client’s program.
  • Pitch and gain approval on new, innovative opportunities, showcasing the benefit of the partnership to the client.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the digital German Market.
  • German language fluency required.
  • 4+ years business development or relevant work experience (including account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
  • Experience working in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
