TL;DR

Digital B2B Marketing Manager (DACH): Shaping and accelerating the company's presence, impact, and awareness for its workforce management solution in the DACH region with an accent on developing marketing strategy, creating digital content, and running lead-generation initiatives. Focus on building the entire DACH marketing roadmap, transforming strategies into campaigns, and managing content calendars to drive visibility and engagement.

Location: This role targets the DACH region, with regular visits to our HQ in The Hague, Netherlands.

Salary: €3,500 – €5,500 per month

What you will do

  • Shape hirify.global' presence and voice across the DACH region.
  • Create and execute a regional marketing strategy, both online and offline.
  • Craft sharp digital content for social media, website, and campaigns.
  • Run lead-generation initiatives, including AdWords.
  • Collaborate with Dutch marketing and German sales teams to transform strategy into real campaigns.
  • Manage an on- and offline content calendar for consistency.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing for B2B or SaaS companies.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills (German C1 level).
  • Experience with demand-generation campaigns and online marketing.
  • Understanding of German regional marketing: local needs, offline visibility, and traditional vs. modern marketing balance.
  • Ability to work independently in a scale-up environment.
  • Language: German and English (C1).
