TL;DR

Senior Director Commercial Technology Delivery (AI): Leading the delivery and optimization of enterprise commercial technology platforms to enable growth and Commercial Excellence with an accent on maximizing business value through adoption, license optimization, rationalization of non-value-adding tools, and embedding AI and automation. Focus on defining and executing a global commercial IT roadmap, reinventing Salesforce usage, optimizing the martech stack, and ensuring platforms are data-enabled, AI-powered, and fully integrated with the enterprise data mesh.

Location: Remote (US Only). Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Salary: $262,225–$339,350 USD

What you will do

  • Define and execute a global commercial IT roadmap aligned with business and enterprise priorities.
  • Lead the delivery and optimization of enterprise commercial technology platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Sprinklr, Cvent).
  • Partner with GBU IT Vice Presidents and VP IT, Data to align commercial technology initiatives and leverage unified data platforms.
  • Reinvent Salesforce usage, optimize the martech stack, and integrate AI/automation to maximize business value.
  • Centralize vendor management, technology spend, and enforce delivery standards, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Deliver solutions on time and within budget, monitor outcomes, and continuously adjust based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in IT, with 7+ years leading CRM/MarTech ecosystems.
  • 7+ years' experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in transforming Salesforce and marketing platforms to drive commercial results.
  • Strong experience in customer journey design, digital engagement, and commercial enablement.
  • Exposure to AI/automation integration within commercial domains.
  • Skilled in leading global teams, balancing growth enablement with cost optimization.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

  • Experience in regulated industries (med-tech, life sciences, healthcare, pharma).
