What you will do
- Define and execute a global commercial IT roadmap aligned with business and enterprise priorities.
- Lead the delivery and optimization of enterprise commercial technology platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Sprinklr, Cvent).
- Partner with GBU IT Vice Presidents and VP IT, Data to align commercial technology initiatives and leverage unified data platforms.
- Reinvent Salesforce usage, optimize the martech stack, and integrate AI/automation to maximize business value.
- Centralize vendor management, technology spend, and enforce delivery standards, metrics, and KPIs.
- Deliver solutions on time and within budget, monitor outcomes, and continuously adjust based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in IT, with 7+ years leading CRM/MarTech ecosystems.
- 7+ years' experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in transforming Salesforce and marketing platforms to drive commercial results.
- Strong experience in customer journey design, digital engagement, and commercial enablement.
- Exposure to AI/automation integration within commercial domains.
- Skilled in leading global teams, balancing growth enablement with cost optimization.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
