What you will do

• Design and manage systems that ensure organizational alignment, visibility, and executional discipline.
• Partner directly with the CMO to build frameworks, cadences, and workflows for clear priorities.
• Create cross-functional operating rhythms and manage complex strategic programs.
• Develop tools and dashboards to surface critical information at the right time.
• Lead high-impact initiatives and shape business planning, communication, and execution.
• Drive clarity, coordination, and momentum across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or program management.
• Proven record of building or scaling management systems in fast-paced or matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans, frameworks, and cadences.
• Experience designing operating models, decision frameworks, and cross-functional coordination systems.
• Proficiency in program and portfolio management, including scoping, milestones, and success metrics.
• Skilled in developing dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and visibility tools.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control compliance.

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting or business transformation.
• Experience leading organizational change or implementing new operating models.
• Familiarity with launch operations, program governance, or portfolio-level reporting tools.
