What you will do
- Monitor and benchmark Global Sales Channel Performance, integrating insights into budgeting processes.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and develop standardized reporting dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Validate and review pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Optimize Lead-to-Sale Performance and implement strategies for customer retention, acquisition, and cross-sell.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
- Lead and develop a global team, translating complex data into actionable insights and influencing executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in sales, marketing, or business performance leadership roles.
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and demand generation processes.
- Advanced analytical capabilities and a passion for leveraging AI and data-driven solutions.
- Strong influencing skills with a track record of engaging C-Suite executives and shaping decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to mentor and develop global high-performing teams.
