What you will do

• Play a central role in strategic development and building capabilities for business-critical software projects.
• Build insights into use cases, strategize software solutions, and champion the product roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams and stakeholders to define objectives and deliver solutions.
• Lead product development and launches, prioritizing features and managing timelines.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and develop stakeholder engagement plans.
• Ensure consistent, well-described, and granular requirements for developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in tech-centric roles within life sciences.
• Familiarity with AI and ML technologies and localization platforms (TMS, CAT tools, LQA, MT).
• Proven track record in leading and delivering tech projects with a user-centric focus.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence).
• Background in cloud solutions, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software development.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical trial management systems or patient data handling.
• Familiarity with global regulatory requirements pertaining to clinical trials and document management.
