What you will do
- Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to successfully achieve business objectives.
- Execute full business development and sales cycles from initial presentation to deal closing.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing major contracts.
- Provide strategic input and market feedback to product teams.
- Maintain a quantifiable and qualified pipeline and meet and exceed Bookings targets within the assigned region.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience selling into public sectors, healthcare networks, and radiology services.
- Experience in radiology, PACS systems, imaging analytics, and relevant clinical knowledge.
- Strong experience with executing the full Business Development and sales cycle.
- Customer-facing professionalism, including building consensus and advancing opportunities.
- Fluent business-level proficiency in English, French, and Italian, with confident communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) across France and Italy for operational efficiency.
