What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals targeting Local Government sector customers.
- Drive pipeline generation and deal progression to exceed revenue targets.
- Support the team in navigating complex sales cycles and public sector procurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and campaigns for the education market.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins setting the team up for success.
- Stay informed on local government policy, funding cycles, and digital transformation trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales management, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for team development.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
