Location: While the day-to-day work is remote, this role requires proximity to our New York City, Boston, or Chicago hubs to support regional business objectives.

Salary: $118,200 - $147,500 USD (for New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington; may vary in other locations)

What you will do

  • Own and lead the development of hirify.global’s portfolio of channel partners, creating and driving business development strategies to increase revenue through the channel.
  • Work independently and collaborate across stakeholders to identify and close complex strategic partnerships and negotiate partnership deal terms.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture a partner network to create innovative strategies and initiatives that drive incremental revenue at scale.
  • Lead a portfolio of large strategic client opportunities from inception to closure.
  • Proactively engage, train, and support the partner’s teams to become subject matter experts on hirify.global with their corporate clients.
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to implementation while constantly enhancing the process.

Requirements

  • A tenacious professional with a Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred but not required.
  • 6+ years experience in sales, channel sales or business development with 3 years experience presenting to and collaborating with senior executives and leadership.
  • Market knowledge in the United States, with a strong senior level network.
