What you will do

  • Own and execute the commercial strategy for your West Coast territory and key account portfolio.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, shaping, and securing strategic brand partnerships.
  • Build lasting relationships with top-tier publishers, agencies, and senior brand leaders.
  • Lead high-impact meetings with powerful storytelling and a consultative selling approach.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations grounded in industry trends and hirify.global success stories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Ad Ops, Marketing) to deliver campaign excellence and track performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital media sales, ideally within gaming, esports, or entertainment.
  • Deep experience working with major publishers.
  • Proven ability to close large, strategic deals and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of biddable media, self-serve ad platforms, and programmatic buying.
  • Excellent communicator with top-tier storytelling and C-level presentation skills.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to turn brand objectives into media magic.
  • Based on the US West Coast, with an existing network in the region.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling in-game or around-game media.
  • Passion for gaming and an intuitive grasp of the gaming/modding ecosystem.
  • Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
