What you will do
- Own and execute the commercial strategy for your West Coast territory and key account portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, shaping, and securing strategic brand partnerships.
- Build lasting relationships with top-tier publishers, agencies, and senior brand leaders.
- Lead high-impact meetings with powerful storytelling and a consultative selling approach.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations grounded in industry trends and success stories.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Ad Ops, Marketing) to deliver campaign excellence and track performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital media sales, ideally within gaming, esports, or entertainment.
- Deep experience working with major publishers.
- Proven ability to close large, strategic deals and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of biddable media, self-serve ad platforms, and programmatic buying.
- Excellent communicator with top-tier storytelling and C-level presentation skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to turn brand objectives into media magic.
- Based on the US West Coast, with an existing network in the region.
Nice to have
- Experience selling in-game or around-game media.
- Passion for gaming and an intuitive grasp of the gaming/modding ecosystem.
- Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
