Salary: $160,000–$210,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Own the vision and outcomes for the influencer marketing team, including P&L accountability.
• Lead, manage, and develop account management teams, coaching future leaders.
• Drive thought leadership and enhance industry presence for hirify.global.
• Upgrade strategic capability within the influencer industry, bringing innovation to clients.
• Ensure client growth, satisfaction, and revenue expansion by maximizing performance opportunities and identifying upsells.
• Manage profit margins, headcount, and team expenses, serving as final decision-maker for hiring and team promotions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of combined influencer marketing and client services/agency experience.
• Proven track record owning and scaling a business line, practice area, or large portfolio.
• Experience leading Managers and cross-regional teams.
• Deep expertise in influencer marketing strategy, execution, and measurement.
• Strong understanding of how influencer marketing integrates with affiliate and broader partnership marketing.
• Financial acumen, including forecasting, margin management, and P&L ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
