Salary: $110,000-$150,000 plus bonus potential.

What you will do

• Execute successful influencer campaigns across various clients and verticals.
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading kick-off and weekly status calls.
• Provide strategic and creative solutions to drive impactful results against client goals.
• Identify new business opportunities throughout campaigns.
• Prepare and present project reporting, analyzing performance and providing actionable recommendations.
• Manage 2-3 direct reports, source, vet, and contract influencer talent.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing clients and executing influencer campaigns.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to work across multiple projects.
• Well-versed in the influencer marketing space with knowledge of all social platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding client expectations and goals.
• Experience managing paid media processes and reporting.
• Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
