Location: This is a hybrid role based in San Mateo, CA, requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Salary: $118,500–$155,610 USD Base Salary + Bonus

What you will do

• Partner closely with the Chief of Global Field Operations to manage priorities, time, and decision flow in a global environment.
• Create and maintain a clear, structured operating rhythm for the GFO leadership team.
• Bring discipline to meetings by clarifying purpose, attendees, and outcomes.
• Own the Chief of Global Field Operations’ complex calendar, travel, and communications across US and UK time zones.
• Coordinate scheduling across CXO leaders and prepare meeting materials.
• Support planning and execution of global leadership meetings and company events.

Requirements

• 8+ years proven experience supporting CXO-level executives in a global organization.
• Strong experience working across US and UK time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure, prioritization, and pace to senior leadership teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Confidence, judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
