Salary: Zone A: $104,500 - $128,000 USD; Zone B: $97,500 - $120,000 USD; Zone C: $92,000 - $113,000 USD. This role is also eligible to participate in hirify.global's company-wide bonus program and 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S.

What you will do
- Strategically manage calendars and inboxes for the VP, Sales, VP, Revenue Operations, and VP, Partnerships.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, sales planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews, tracking deliverables and action items.
- Lead cross-functional special projects, including team offsite event planning and new program implementation.
- Organize executive travel arrangements, managing logistics and T&E budgets.
- Handle time-sensitive, confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bring an AI-first mindset to daily operations and leverage AI automation platforms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives, ideally in a remote-first or distributed company.
- Proven experience planning multiple large team offsites (in person and virtual), with knowledge on how to prepare, budget, handle hotel contracts, and execute successfully.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Google Workspace apps (especially Google Calendar), Slack, and Zoom.
- Must have a valid right to work authorization in the country of employment (United States).
