• Develop and implement paid search best practices, controls, and innovative execution approaches.
• Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships, providing insights into the search landscape.
• Support resource management, recruitment, and professional growth of team members.
• Drive process efficiency using AI tools and contribute to strategic revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in search management, optimisation, and reporting across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA, and Search Ads 360.
• Strong understanding of strategic and tactical applications of paid search and digital marketing.
• Proven experience in client results delivery, project management, stakeholder engagement, and people management.
• Ability to influence, lead, and manage teams across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
