What you will do

• Manage and lead a team of influencer/creator specialists.
• Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring alignment with brand expectations and deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective influencer campaigns.
• Establish strong and trusting client relationships internally and externally.
• Monitor industry news and trends, reporting updates to the team.
• Oversee post-program reporting and identify key learnings in working with emerging platforms & technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of account or project/account management experience at a leading agency working with digital/social/influencers.
• Experience implementing social media, digital & integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to accurately scope projects, define requirements, and determine success metrics.
• Experience leading and managing a successful team.
• Proven ability to proactively present strategic counsel to client teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the influencer marketing space with a focus on all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
