What you will do

  • Drive revenue by minimizing customer attrition and increasing sales within an assigned book of business.
  • Meet and exceed assigned quota targets for software and services sales to existing customers.
  • Manage contract renewals and annual database setup for client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain business consultant relationships with client decision-makers.
  • Analyze client businesses for new opportunities and present market-specific content.
  • Identify client pain points, liaise with internal teams for technical resolution, and proactively manage at-risk accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and success in external client and/or project management, preferably in a software sales setting.
  • Advanced communication (oral and written), objection-handling, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to leverage technology tools to fuel organization, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Highly skilled in public speaking, capable of delivering presentations to both client and internal audiences.
  • Resourceful and able to adapt and respond quickly to change, demonstrating ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Previous SaaS experience.

Nice to have

  • Participant or mass participation sports event organization experience.
