What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance trading strategies for internal and external clients.
  • Monitor trading performance daily and implement algorithm customizations based on evolving client needs.
  • Utilize deep understanding of market structure and regulatory requirements to update trading systems.
  • Collaborate with traders, sales, clients, and compliance officers to manage feature requests and system explanations.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Financial Technology.
  • 2-5 years of professional work experience.
  • Proficiency in Java or C++.
  • Experience with designing and implementing algorithms for US trading.
  • Expertise in data-driven trading strategy analysis and performance optimization.

Nice to have

  • Experience with backtesting trading strategies.
  • Knowledge of low-latency trading strategy development.
  • Experience in direct client support roles.
