What you will do

• Identify and map customer initiatives and business problems to hirify.global solutions.
• Build relationships and technical champions within customer accounts.
• Develop and present customer presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept for hirify.global products.
• Demonstrate hirify.global expertise through professional content creation, including white papers and blog posts.
• Represent and evangelize hirify.global externally at Developer, Community, Technology, Cybersecurity, and Industry focused events.
• Apply in-depth vertical knowledge or domain expertise, advising on best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or other customer-facing technical role with CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS.
• Solid communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on several projects and activities concurrently.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• Must be available to work from New England (Boston, CT) in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings, conferences, and team collaboration.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S., as the role may involve access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Fundamental understanding of customer network and application architectures, including hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of application/network security, SaaS application environments, VPN, SIEM, and log analytics platforms.
• Experience interacting with senior-level/executives to communicate network and security transformation.
