What you will do
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with central banks, private sector clients, and key stakeholders to drive CBDC initiatives.
- Lead revenue growth through strategic account management, pipeline development, and consultative solution sales.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams for complex contract negotiations, proposals, and RFP participation.
- Design and deliver workshops, presentations, and thought leadership at industry events.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Negotiate complex contracts and present solutions to senior management and board-level decision makers.
Requirements
- Proven success in selling innovative, complex technical solutions with a consultative approach.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at simplifying complex topics and building strong networks.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) plus one additional language (French, Spanish, or Arabic).
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse environments.
