Senior Implementation Consultant (SaaS): Leading and managing client implementations of the hirify.global AI-native Employee Experience Platform with an accent on project planning, deployment, and change management. Focus on understanding customer use cases, applying best practices for enterprise solutions, and ensuring outstanding customer adoption and experience.

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with core in-office days (Tuesdays-Thursdays) and a minimum of 2 days per week in the office required.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead new hirify.global customer implementations, managing project plans and resources.
• Ensure effective deployment, change management, and adoption programs for each engagement.
• Clearly communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and effort.
• Apply hirify.global best practices for enterprises to customer implementations.
• Troubleshoot and triage customer issues during implementation.
• Partner with Sales and CSMs to identify future growth and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Familiarity with implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions.
• Several years of experience working on enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong application functional expertise and business application deployment cycle knowledge.
• Project management experience.
• 5+ years of consulting/client-facing experience.
• Hybrid work in New York City is required.
• Work authorization for the US is essential.
