Salary: $155,000 - $170,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers and Solutions Architects.
- Drive customer retention, growth, and value realization for SaaS products.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs and ensure full potential of solutions is realized.
- Develop and implement strategies for high customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Enable revenue growth across all hirify.global Product lines and lead the Professional Services ARR line of business.
- Engage directly with key customers to build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field and/or 9-12 years of related experience with 4-7 years of management experience.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a leadership role within post-sales management, professional services, or customer support in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong consulting background with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective service solutions.
- Deep understanding of customer success principles and experience developing and executing post-sales strategies.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and other emerging technologies, with a track record of successful implementation.
- Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
