What you will do
- Research, negotiate, and add distribution in the LATAM region.
- Develop hirify.global sales in the EMEA region within the company’s focus verticals.
- Create, develop, and sustain solid relationships with customers and partners in the region.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Provide data-driven insights for product management and development.
- Participate in fairs, trade shows, and professional events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business management, administration, finance, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven relevant market experience (+5 years) in direct sales or account management role in the LATAM region.
- Developed business network in energy, mining, or civil infrastructure industries.
- Solid knowledge of the main industrial inspection markets, drones, or SaaS.
- Experience in start-up-like environments and fast-growing markets.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, Portuguese is a plus.
