Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain), with 2 days home office per week.

What you will do

  • Identify and contact in-scope restaurants across Swiss German-speaking regions using cold calling and CRM follow-ups.
  • Pitch and sell hirify.global Manager system, including online reservation tools, table management, marketing, and visibility services.
  • Educate and engage restaurant managers on the benefits of adopting hirify.global Manager.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding and activation.
  • Collaborate with your team to test, learn, and continuously shape the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker, with Swiss German as an advantage, and fluent/professional in English.
  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Target-driven and proactive, with a genuine desire to close deals and exceed KPIs.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable handling short sales cycles and fast decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excited by building new initiatives, working in ambiguity, and iterating fast.
  • Organized and autonomous, capable of managing a pipeline efficiently while staying resilient.
