What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel products.
• Guide partners on loyalty, pricing, merchandising, and marketing best practices.
• Lead business reviews with C-level stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable product capabilities.
• Deliver data-driven insights to inform decision-decision.
• Codify best practices and frameworks to scale success across partners globally.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting within technology or travel industries.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and action.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
