What you will do

  • Sell event tickets to ensure a high footfall of attendees at hirify.global events.
  • Conduct market research and lead sourcing of potential sales prospects.
  • Develop long-term business relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop a continuous pipeline of sales leads.
  • Pitch to potential attendees via digital channels and video calls.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the digital procurement industry and our competitors.

Requirements

  • Hunter mentality: Ability to find and close sales leads in a determined and respectful way.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the team.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving commercial environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Some background in working with digital marketing tools and teams.
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis to collate and present your progress.
  • Familiarity with GenAI such as ChatGPT and other technology tools that can assist in lead sourcing, outreach, and reporting.
