What you will do

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for clients across various industries.
  • Execute strategic lead handoffs to client teams with detailed qualification notes.
  • Participate actively in client calls and collaborative team meetings.
  • Conduct effective cold calling campaigns and perform live transfers to maximize conversion.
  • Meet and exceed established client KPIs with consistent performance tracking.
  • Maintain communication and detailed reporting on lead generation activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales roles.
  • Strong communication skills for professional client interaction and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable self-management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and appointment setting with confidence and persistence.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup are required.
