What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for tech teams, ensuring a smooth and fast experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create engaging job postings.
- Drive inventive sourcing strategies to identify and attract niche talent across gaming and tech.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future key roles.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives within the gaming and tech ecosystems.
- Own innovation projects focused on recruitment processes, including AI implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within tech or gaming, with success recruiting across multiple functions.
- Experience in niche sourcing and high-talent searches, utilizing platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Sales-driven mindset to engage passive candidates and attract top talent.
- Strong focus on candidate experience and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders, assisting and challenging when needed.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing, collaborative, and international environment.
- English: C1+ required (Fluency in English mandatory); French is a strong plus.
