What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for tech teams, ensuring a smooth and fast experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create engaging job postings.
• Drive inventive sourcing strategies to identify and attract niche talent across gaming and tech.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future key roles.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives within the gaming and tech ecosystems.
• Own innovation projects focused on recruitment processes, including AI implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within tech or gaming, with success recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience in niche sourcing and high-talent searches, utilizing platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Sales-driven mindset to engage passive candidates and attract top talent.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders, assisting and challenging when needed.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing, collaborative, and international environment.
• English: C1+ required (Fluency in English mandatory); French is a strong plus.
