What you will do
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and fast experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with C-levels and hiring managers to understand role requirements and create engaging job postings.
- Drive inventive sourcing strategies to identify and excite niche talent across gaming and tech.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for current and future key roles.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Homa as an employer of choice.
- Own innovation projects around recruitment processes, including AI implementation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, in tech or gaming, with demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions.
- Experience in niche sourcing and high-talent searches, utilizing various platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A sales-driven mindset, capable of engaging passive candidates and attracting top talent.
- Strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders, assisting, training, and challenging when needed.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
Nice to have
- Gaming industry experience and knowledge of the gaming ecosystem.
- French language skills.
