What you will do
- Drive partner strategy, execution, and executive engagement across LATAM North.
- Lead strategic engagement with Cloud Services Providers (CSP) in LATAM North.
- Architect and execute a unified partner strategy connecting CSPs with hirify.global’s Go to market team.
- Execute joint offerings with partners including local and global SI, resellers, ISV leveraging hirify.global and partner program assets and resources.
- Drive strategic deals to closure, localizing global programs for the LATAM North market.
- Orchestrate scalable partner sales plays that unlock repeatable demand across markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree a plus).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing complex relationships in high-tech, with expertise in partner alliance management at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Proven experience with Hyperscaler/CSP/SI/ISV programs and sales motions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at senior management and C-executive levels.
- Strong understanding of business culture in LATAM North.
