What you will do
- Generate qualified sales opportunities for the sales force through inbound and outbound efforts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls and web inquiries, building relationships with contacts.
- Transform Marketing leads to Sales Opportunities by educating and challenging prospective buyers.
- Partner with field sales reps on outbound prospecting and competitive strategies.
- Assist in live inbound chats and phone calls, and follow-up via phone and email on leads.
- Maintain Salesforce.com database accuracy and completeness by regularly updating records.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker; Fluent (written and spoken) English required.
- 5+ years of proven business-to-business experience in a sales or inside sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related major, or equivalent experience in Software or SaaS.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and senior executive decision makers.
- Strong rapport building phone and face-to-face communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
Nice to have
- Experience with third-party tools including Marketo, LinkedIn, live chat, and demonstration tools.
- Experience with Salesforce.com reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry (Contact Center, IVR, PBX, CTI, ACD, AI).
