What you will do

• Support core business operations and enhance team efficiency.
• Support internal projects, improve processes, and maintain operational documentation.
• Ensure effective follow-ups and initiatives across various teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day documentation and planning in Notion.
• Collaborate across teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Take more ownership of specific operational areas over time.

Requirements

• A couple of years experience in operations, consulting, business support or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across different teams and topics.
• Structured mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
• Curiosity about how SaaS companies scale and operate.

Nice to have

• Experience working with tools like Notion, Google Workspace or similar.
• Experience from tech companies, startups or scaleups.
