Location: This is an office-based role in Hammersmith, London, United Kingdom. Expect to be in the office at least four days a week.

hirify.global is a Series-B scale-up building a ride-hailing platform with user privacy at its core, scaling a five-star service across multiple cities.

What you will do

• Design key company management infrastructure including performance, compensation, and organizational design.
• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects like funding rounds or product performance issues.
• Oversee key business areas, providing insights to the Founder.
• Contribute to hirify.global's mission by tackling complex high-priority tasks.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or a fast-growing technology company.
• STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a globally recognised university.
• Proactive self-starter thriving in ambiguity, able to develop and execute ideas from scratch.
• Fast learner with strong results delivery and impact on business decisions.
