TL;DR

Business Development Representative (EMEA): Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new enterprise customers in the EMEA region, executing strategic outbound campaigns with customized and multichannel messaging. Focus on building playbooks, defining sales motion, and ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches.

Location: Must work from the Dublin, Ireland office on Mondays and Thursdays, with potential additional in-office workdays.

  • Master hirify.global's platform and competitive landscape.
  • Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns with customized and multichannel messaging for your market.
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaign initiatives.
  • Implement proven sales methodologies to prospect into new accounts.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM.
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion.

Requirements

  • Business fluency in English and Spanish or Italian or Arabic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Competitive spirit and team-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
