TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Inbound): Managing and qualifying inbound leads generated through marketing channels, working closely with Account Executives to convert interest into high-quality sales opportunities with an accent on understanding their needs, pain points, and business goals. Focus on demonstrating excellent prioritisation and time management when handling high lead volumes.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, London)

Salary: €36,000—€45,000 EUR

What you will do

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads from calls, emails, website enquiries, and marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound prospects by understanding their needs, pain points, and business goals.
  • Articulate the hirify.global value proposition to dealers and address initial questions or objections.
  • Route qualified opportunities to Account Executives and ensure a smooth handover.
  • Log all activity accurately and completely in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to optimise lead quality and conversion.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or lead qualification role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
