TL;DR

Strategic Business Development Manager (Hospitality Tech): Establishing and growing hirify.global’s enterprise business across EMEA by identifying and signing partnerships with new hotel groups and chains. Focus on aggressively driving Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth through new logo acquisition and maximizing expansion within the existing portfolio.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona or London

What you will do

  • Generate new revenue by acquiring new multi-property groups and collections across EMEA.
  • Manage high-growth existing groups to deliver new property growth and portfolio optimisation.
  • Prospect, identify, and nurture high-value opportunities through to close.
  • Drive new business through consultative selling with deep understanding of hotel tech.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, defend value, and agree key contractual terms.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to create winning growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in consultative selling, preferably in technology or hospitality.
  • Track record of closing over $1m in new business deals.
  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry and travel technology landscape.
  • Strong resilience, with a positive and tenacious attitude to winning deals.
  • Ability to solution sell and present as a subject matter expert.
  • Capability to navigate complex buying structures and influence multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport and trusted relationships with customers.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
