TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (2 days home office per week) based in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives in Barcelona, selling to France and Belgium.
  • Inspire a high-performing, collaborative, and positive team culture.
  • Monitor team KPIs and daily performance to meet productivity targets.
  • Coach the team on value-based selling of hirify.global Manager software.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product to iterate the sales playbook.
  • Provide clear reporting on performance, risks, and learnings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing B2B sales teams, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality sectors.
  • Native French and fluent in English.
  • Results-driven and motivational leader, passionate about coaching and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Analytical and data-oriented, with strong operational discipline.
  • Experience managing team’s pipeline via Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Additional languages are a plus.
