TL;DR

Business Development Representative (French Market): Implementing a scalable outbound sourcing strategy and acquiring new prospects in the French market with an accent on making a great first impression and gaining a deep understanding of challenges. Focus on insightful conversations by phone or email, prospecting into midmarket accounts, and social selling.

Location: Barcelona, Remote, France (Remote) - Hybrid

Salary: €2,000 - €3,000

What you will do

  • Source and prospect leads to feed our sales pipeline.
  • Prospect into midmarket accounts, engage in social selling, and map accounts.
  • Execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn cadences daily.
  • Work closely with market Account Executives and nurture prospects from initial engagement to discovery sessions.
  • Maintain organized pipeline and data using CRM and sales development tools.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in outbound business development is a must – 1-2 years of experience in outbound business development within a Tech/SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Speak native French.
  • Speak English.
  • Be organised and productive.
  • Be a team member.
