What you will do
- Advise new B2B customers on the phone as the first point of contact.
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads from inbound, outbound, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and expand your own lead pipeline through active outbound activities (phone, email, social media, network).
- Prepare appointments for sales colleagues.
- Document and maintain the CRM database.
- Participate in industry and networking events.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales development.
- Excellent communication in German (written and spoken) is required.
- Bring natural persuasiveness, strong consultative skills, and an authentic demeanor.
- Strong organization and reliable time management.
- Be a true team player with empathy and a willingness to share knowledge.
- High motivation, perseverance, and eagerness to learn.
