What you will do
- Achieve financial and strategic targets to minimize revenue attrition and secure favorable contract terms.
- Develop and implement successful negotiation strategies for contract renewals.
- Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to understand and develop clear growth strategies for your territory.
- Maintain an accurate forecast of incremental revenue, identify at-risk renewals, and drive timely contract closures.
- Identify additional product growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience selling or serving SaaS or enterprise solutions to F1000 companies.
- Proven success in achieving goals and targets in Sales or Account Management.
- Ability to develop and execute full-cycle sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, with a natural ability to rapidly identify and form relationships with decision-makers.
- Proven ability to engage, build, and manage C-level and Executive relationships.
- Experience selling to Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, and Supply Chain personas.
- Strong objection-handling skills and experience with value-based contract negotiations.
- Highly proficient in the use of Salesforce.com.
- Fluent in English is required; an additional language would be an asset.
- Must be located in the US or Canada for remote roles, or in Toronto/New York for hybrid roles.
